I made these Gluten Free and they were AMAZING! I used King Arthur’s Gf Flour blend. The only changes I made were, adding vanilla AND almond extract, and I also added white vinegar to my milk to create ‘buttermilk so the baking soda and vinegar combination would help create a little more height. My family all said they were the best pancakes I’ve ever made. I agree! They looked and tasted beautiful! Thank you!
