I made this soup yesterday. It came out absolutely delicious. My husband even went back to get an extra bowl of this soup. Will definitely make this again.

Love the soup. My teenage daughter who says she doesn’t like soup loved it. Making it for the second time. I do add some additional liquid because the rice will absorb much of the liquid and it was too thick for our preference.

Sometimes substitute the rice with potatoes or pasta. For more pizzazz, I love to change it up with Italian sausage and green pepper. With still keeping the Holy Trinity, cabbage and hamburger, I add what ever veggies I have in the frig. So fast and healthy.

Ive made this recipe several times already.This cabbage roll soup is full of delicious flavor and so healthy. Leftovers are even better, if there’s any left. Paired with cornbread.
