Great, easy recipe and I love the crispy tortilla! I could only give it 4 stars because I made some modifications, so I can’t rate the recipe as written. I give it 5 stars for the concept, though. I used turkey instead, I omitted the pickles and relish, and I used julienne cabbage for extra crunch instead of lettuce. It was delicious and I’ll be making these again.
